2015 was the year of Brisbane’s Best Parma.  The search is now on for Brisbane’s Best Pie.

I am of the view that food should be simple and enjoyable to eat.  Followers of my other site (brisbanebestparma.com) will know that pub food is a favourite of mine.  Another favourite is visiting my local bakery to buy, among other things, a meat pie.

Over the years I have eaten probably 100s of meat pies of various standards (excellent through thrown out immediately) and of various types.  Now I am keen to explore the bakeries of Brisbane and find the best of the best (and also to warn of the worst of the worst).
