I have had a number of messages from readers of the Brisbane Best Pie asking when I will next be reviewing a pie and what my plans for the blog are for the future. I have dropped the ball over last three months and have prioritized other things over testing the excellent (and not so excellent) pies of Brisbane.
The evidence of the pies I have reviewed so far and the comments I have received from readers indicates that I have barely scratched the surface of the Brisbane meat pie scene. I am not ready to give up yet on finding Brisbane’s Best Pie.
That being the case, in 2018 I will have a renewed focus on finding Brisbane’s Best Pie and reviewing the bakeries of Brisbane. I will not be reviewing a pie every week however I will be aiming at doing a review every other week. Excitingly I am keen to publish the reviews of the other pie lovers of Brisbane. If you have had a pie and think you have what it takes to review that pie you can send your review to me at contact@brisbanebestpie.com and I will post it here. It is that simple. If you take a different view of a pie I have reviewed I would also love to post your review as a counter post to my review.
I will also be doing more “Pies on Tour” as I travel Australia and posting more about new bakeries and pie news.
Thank you for being on the journey to find Brisbane’s Best Pie so far. 2018 is going to be a bigger and better year for Brisbane’s Best Pie and I look forward to collaborating with you more closely in the hope of finding the best in Brisbane!
